Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation either by phone @ 905 875-1551 or email: therapyawakens@gmail.com. Please feel free to leave a voice mail message if we are unavailable to speak with you directly. Missed sessions will result in a charge of $150.00 per missed session (please note that this applies only to those EAP or Private clients that do not have or fall under a cancellation policy fee.) For Trauma Psychoeducation Support Group, A one time upfront payment is expected (for the 4 weeks). Trauma Psychoeducation Support Group (therapyawakens) requires 10 participants and may cancel at our discretion (if cancellation does occur through therapyawakens or ida civiero (only) a refund will be granted for this occurrence.
